Shadow Dance Productions was founded in 1997 by Director/Director of Photography Mark Niedelson. As a full-service video production company, we've been meeting our client needs and serving on a wide-variety of productions both domestically and internationally.
Mark Niedelson
Founder and President
Mark Niedelson found his creative outlet early in life and has been dedicated to it's pursuit ever since, serving as a Director and Director of Photography for network television, corporate projects, live events, news programs and documentary films.
His work on the television series "Starting Over" earned him a Daytime Emmy Award in 2004. This "Outstanding Special Class Series" recognition was significant as this was the first Daytime Emmy Award given to a reality television show.
Shadow Dance Productions was created when Mark saw the need for a boutique Chicago Video Production Company that provided not only provided high-end creative work, but was scalable and mobile to meet any project demands and clients needs.
